This is some heavy shit. Mid tempo metalcore, with the emphasis on METAL. Think of Crowbar and Entombed with Hatebreed and Soulfly. The guitars are very low tuned. Normally I don't like that at all. It gives such a blurry sound. But How It Ends get away with it! "So Shall It Be" sounds awesome. Eleven brutal songs. They don't really bring anything new into the style of aforementioned bands but they definitely know how to write a decent song.. And keep the overall quality up pretty high. With some excellent artwork to top it off this a release not to miss! (IZ)
