The sleeve of the album says; “for fans
of Crowbar, Mastodon, Hatebreed and Entombed”. That’s
is enough to let me handle this album with special care and attention,
Hatebreed is one of my favorites, I used to listen to Entombed when
i was much younger. “So shall it be” is the first full-length
of How it Ends after a bringing out a three song demo. The album is
presented on Thorp Records.
The first strike of an album is the most important, the first strike
of How it ends represents the rest of the album. Low tuned,various
but most midtempo hardcore with rolling metalriffs (or metal with
hardcore influences). The artwork of the album is rather cool, some
classic pictures of ancient torturing. Do I need to say more? Not
much, How it Ends is another rising star, they made a great debut,
I am curious about they’re live reputation and the follow up
of this album.
